Next Day Shipping: Items placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.  
 
2nd Day Shipping: Items placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
 
 Free Shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped by USPS and received within 3-7 business days.There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS/USPS exceptions beyond our control.
Returns: Online orders may be returned to the Store for processing within 14 days. The items you wish to return must be placed in a bag and dropped off at the store during business hours. No return label is necessary. Store credit will be issued and available to use the same day online or in store.

RETURN POLICY 

 

  • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
  • Once store credit is used, a return for store credit can be made, however will incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • All returns must be back to our shipping warehouse within 14 days of the date received. 
  • Sale items, shoes and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 return fee will incur.
  • Sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or in-store credit.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
  • Items purchased online, must be returned to our store for online or in store credit only.

If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.

  RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place in a shipping safe package and INCLUDE THE NAME ON THE PACKAGE THAT THE ITEM WAS ORDERED BY.

 You are responsible for tracking your return package. Once it is received back to us, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Your store credit does not expire.
