- Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
- Once store credit is used, a return for store credit can be made, however will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- All returns must be back to our shipping warehouse within 14 days of the date received.
- Sale items, shoes and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 return fee will incur.
- Sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or in-store credit.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
- Items purchased online, must be returned to our store for online or in store credit only.

If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.
1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place in a shipping safe package and INCLUDE THE NAME ON THE PACKAGE THAT THE ITEM WAS ORDERED BY.

You are responsible for tracking your return package. Once it is received back to us, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Your store credit does not expire.
